For our Property Consultation services starting at $299:
- Full refund available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled consultation
- 50% refund available if you cancel between 24-48 hours before your consultation
- No refund available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your consultation
- If we need to cancel or reschedule, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge
Market Analysis Services
For our Market Analysis services starting at $449:
- Full refund available if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase and before work has commenced
- Partial refund (50%) available if less than 25% of the analysis work has been completed
- No refund available once the analysis report is delivered or if more than 25% of work has been completed
- If the delivered analysis does not meet the specifications agreed upon, we will revise it at no additional cost or provide a full refund
